Gratitude to Sree Maa for giving me the opportunity to ponder this very good question: How has your white privilege benefited you in your life?
Pranaam Sree Maa 🙏🙏🙏
Atyant Abhaar Aapka Sree Maa Shri Ji for the opportunity to share about Asian with white arse mentality Asian term I learn in Oz..
- Asian termed called: Banana
Banana - Yellow in the outside but white from the inside.
To add a bit more about Banana...when the skin is yellow it is tough enough and protector of the white softness that is in the inside but once the Whiteness is exposed it rots very easily.
Even though there has been huge whitewashing and the blatant denial of the history that the Philippines was/is part of Ancient Bharat. To bury the truth... is not really matter anymore as the much brainwashing had been ongoing for many generations and fake narrative history are being taught in school... and everything is erased and forgotten.
But I'm surprised at how ignorant i am of my history... Maybe there is still a tiny blood of my ancestors still in me that is reaching out & that i am able to be feelers or identifier what is the true part of history.
Furthermore how surprised i am that many Filipino consider the Philippines as a country that did not exist before the Colonisation of Spaniards and Catholics.
It may be due to many generations of brainwashing that was taught in the school, where the conqueror and perpetrator elevated as a hero to the eradication of the local of their identity and their histories.
The term Trauma Bonding kind of comes to mind when victims feel the bond and connections with their abuser...
It feels true somehow when questioned arises and how many Filipino would defend Spaniard and Catholics at how they treated Filipino... and how they will elevate the Spanish Conqueror as the greatest thing that happened in the Philippines. - Superior of White Castela and the inferior Darker Filipino.
Thus having this kind of mindset makes it hard to expand the horizon, when looking at the alternative that Sanatan Dharma was part of Filipino and Filipino once part of Bharat (India). There is also a racist contagion that Filipinos find being part of Indian as inferior.
Had to admit this to myself when i look down deep within myself... it's there... it has to be part of the blood... as it's natural instincts of Filipinos whenever i mentioned India the ruckus they make and they see themselves as superior over them.
What is worse is that Filipinos don't mind being subservient to the White Americans but never want to see other Asians as their counterparts and only see Asians especially Indian origins as below them...
Atyant Abhaar Aapka Sree Maa 🙏🙏🙏
